God has a Plan for you

Psalms 119:18 open my eyes to see the wonderful truths in your instruction.

God has a plan for you, his will, his plan. If we ignore God’s will and plan for our life we will wander through life aimlessly with no direction and possibly miss the destination. There are many reasons why we might miss God’s will for our life such as being too tired to spend time with him or reading his word. Laziness because of other or prior commitments and activities. Sleepy because we had a long day or we can’t sacrifice getting up an additional 10-15 minutes earlier to spend time alone with him. It is so easy to have an excuse for why we can’t commit to making God a priority and spending focused time alone with him.

Without spending time with him we tend to forget how important God’s word is.

When we don’t spend time with him we start to handle the scriptures improperly and picking the wrong person to seek advice from, and it’s usually a unbeliever, fellow Christians, family member or a friend who we think are wise or wiser than us instead of seeking Scripture and God first.

Even though that is the quickest way to get an answer it is not the smartest way to seek clarification or answer. Be prepared to seek God's plan, and his will first by spending time alone with him reading and listening to the Word of God and following and Obey his instructions, God is your teacher not your beastie. It’s not your will, your way it’s God’s will and plan for your life don’t ignore God’s will and plan just so that you can have your way.
